To All Shareholders!!!!! I called John Zarian and this is what he said. The defendants filed an application to "stay" discovery in this litigation, based on an alleged conflict of interest. That application was denied yesterday. Today, they refused to appear and testify at the deposition which the court had ordered should commence at 9:00 a.m. this morning. A motion will be filed to compel production of documents, which were due to be produced last Monday. No documents were produced, in contempt of the court's order.
