Pat, I'm not a techie and I know this is a stupid question, but how else will I learn. Are the products that NN NT LU & CSCO make applicable to both the telephone modem and the cable modem? If so who does a company like ROGERS CABLE get to speed up their @HOME service when it has to go through their private set up(whatever that is). My access to SI pages through @HOME is sometimes 2 or 3 minutes after clicking 'NEXT'. Pretty vague question but I don't know how it all works, sorry. JimB
