Dwayne,

Your idea of making some speculative predictions on NYRR for 1999 sounds like fun. I'm usually too chicken to speculate on share prices but since you have started the ball rolling here it goes--

By March 30, 1999? .44 cents with this qualifier I am speculating that it will have to trade at least 80 Million shares from Dec 5, 1998 to March 30, 1999 to achieve that price point. JMO!

By December 31, 1999? .99 cents and the qualifier is if we are a SEC Reporting Company by March 30, 1999 and if the Conrail Lawsuit is settled in favour of NYRR with a minimum settlement of 1% of the $901 Million ( which is $ 9.01 Million Dollars!).....JMO!

Well there is my speculative prediction--of course I am hoping that my predictions are way too low--but--only time will tell.

Dwayne? Are you going to keep us updated with a timely /regular score card update?--By the way I think it's a great idea--it allows posters both positive and negative towards NYRR's potential the opportunity to lay it on the line--and if done in a positive frame of mind by all
could encourage healthy dialogue and postings as 1999 unfolds.

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Dwayne,

Well I see that so far only two of us have made our 1999 speculative predictions regarding NYRR. Where is everybody?

OKAY! Here is an idea! Why don't we all change our name to Jack--maybe that will breathe some life into this thread? JMO!

As far as predictions go, unless some real hot news hits the news wires I am still of the opinion that the market will have to eat through some significant share quantities before we can expect to see a significant upside in share price. I've already posted what i think those share quantities are and the given time frame--keep in mind it's only a prediction and 1999 speculation on my part. ---Actually I hope that I am wrong and everyone else is accurate in their predictions--if only Dwayne and I knew what they were.

Help us out here NYRR'ers let's have a little fun! OKAY? Who's first? I didn't say who's on first--I said who's first?

TICK! TICK TICK!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Dwayne,

Well, it appears that only two posters decided to make some speculative predictions regarding NYRR for 1999. I still think your idea was a good one--it could have added a little more dynamics to this thread--but anyway--we did make our price predictions for the end of the first quarter as well as year end --with qualifiers and our opinions as to why we felt what we felt.

Let's keep in mind that if the situation changes surrounding NYRR for the bettor or otherwise then we always do have the option to revise our speculative predictions.

As you recall I predicted the share price reaching at least .44 cents by March 30, 1999 --however my qualifier to that was that certain things had to be achieved by the company ( and announced) and a certain amount of shares would need to be traded.

I am still sticking to my initial speculative prediction that we can see NYRR reach the .44 cent range by March 30, 1999--but I will want to see some solid trading volume and certainly much stronger then we have recently seen.

Just for a quick speculative update--since Dwayne and I made our predictions the share price of NYRR has actually gone lower. I think some of us were anticipating news in December--so to me not a complete surprise that we got a softer share price!

I still would like to see trading volume totalling 80 millions shares by March 30, 1999----starting December 5th., 1998.

Thus far after 18 Trading Days a total of 5,980,200 NYRR Shares have traded so quite aways to go yet for me! The daily trading average thus far since December 5th. on NYRR is 332,233 shares traded per day---if this daily trading average continues in this way I won't even be close in my 80 Million Shares traded wish.

As time passes I plan to post a few updates--I realize it most likely has little or no significance in the whole NYRR Scenario--but if nothing else it will be interesting for me to see how close I come to my Share Traded Speculation Prediction and Share Price Prediction by March 30, 1999.--Also Dwayne's NYRR predictions.

Any/all comments by myself on this posting are 100% speculative opinions and guesswork!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
