By comaring their valuations to what they were back in 1995 when we were in the middle of last semi upturn! Take any one of these semi stocks and you see that their current valuations (with the exeption of INTC) are still 50%+ below what they were during the last up turn cycle. And we have not yet even started the next upoturn cycle (which IMHO will happen mid 99) and will be much much bigger than the last one! Regards, Addi Jamshidi
