It seems clear to me, it light of the Ticketmaster IPO, that there is little connection with the parent company and the IPO'd company. If there is no connection then Navr will trade at what it is worth on its own. About $5. I just paid about $24,000 to learn that with NAVR.

Oh, I almost forgot I've paid another $12,000 to learn this on DBCC, the parent company (50%) of Marketwatch which also is to be IPO'd
