Things look pretty good>> A month ago I called Dr. Martinez and conveyed the exact sentiments as you. He said that he cannot issue a "nebulous" press release since that avenue of communication is only for major company events. The major press companies would not publish such a release. However, there is no reason why they cannot put such information on their web site for which they have total control.
