JR, FWIW, INTC has now made a major commitment to move in the direction of networking (not just SHVA). This is a big company with lots of cash and time is much more valuable than money to them up to a point. I think they know they stole SHVA at $6 cash with no stock by dropping a few sheckels in Zucko's pocket. If they decide this lawsuit and shareholder unrest may damage their strategic timing they will do what is necessary. The downside risk is they could dump SHVA but there are not many other companies with this technology that have not already partnered. Hang tough everyone.
