Exclusive rights to Vertex 2000 in Canada?

Hmmmmm ... I thought we settled this a long time ago.

Those exclusive rights were contingent on TPI's successful acquisition of a Vertex 2000 Beta site. Something I don't think ever happened.

So, you're saying that you think TPI still has exclusive rights?

Could be, I suppose. Although I don't know why Bemer, who originally made the deal, or Bigisoft, the company that bought (?) Bemer's technology, would be interested in restricting the access to Vertex 2000 to be through a small player like TPI.

Stranger things have been known to happen, though!
