Why "never" call a company for information??? ( I do realize that their information may be biased). Not part of DD? Ear is the only stock I've had for a long period (3 years) and sitting back is getting me nowhere as far as information is concerned. (Nevertheless, I bought it for my brother's birthday and it would be nice if I could explain why it's worth less than half its purchase price.) Seeking Information!!!!! Thanks for any help.
