SI servers are over loaded, about 1/4 of the time it runs slow for me and many other members. You also have to remember that the pipe can bog with cable if to many users are on at the same time. I've had this problem with Charter from time to time, I've complained and was told that it was not a slowdown because of bandwidth,, I beg to differ. With that being said, IMO cable is still the best thing around when it comes to your home and the internet...
