Any ARCA order that doesn't instantly cross another order and fill is displayed immediately with the amount showing and the amount updates as his position fills. Yes, there is an ARCA book, which can be displayed to ARCA users. Non-ARCA users see the aggregate ARCA book displayed as a TNTO bid or ask, just as ISLD displays an aggregate number of all its orders at a price.

Sorry, I forgot that some of you don't see the ARCA book. My mistake.
