Hi Dave-

Have much appreciated your input here.

How do you see TLC poised for Christmas, and do you think the Q is fully priced in at these levels?

Here's a couple of charts for trading consideration, though the fundamentals seem to tell the real story-

2 BigCharts with different indicators:

bigcharts.com

bigcharts.com

Clearstation indicates uptrend suspended:
clearstation.com

geocities.com
(looks like it just broke below it's 13d EMA, but is still above it's 30d, 50d, 100d, and 200d EMAs)

Comp:
quicken.com
(click on left side of graph for further comps - any obvious missing comp stocks? - though it seemed that some of TLCs data such as P/E wasn't available - I presume most here could fill it in though, or get it from Yahoo - fwiw, FC is looking for .53 for Q4, $1.27 for '98 and $1.88 for '99; I/B/E/S is also looking for .53 for Q4, and $1.87 for '99)

BTW TD, what are your thoughts on further acquisitions or a merger? If you were TLC, who would you want or want to be a part of? CD? Hasbro? ToysRus? Mattel? Actually, I'd be surprised if a play for TLC didn't occur at some point.

According to last friday's First Call (on the broadtape), 12 analysts all have #1 ratings. I/B/E/S has 13 analysts with a #1 rating and one with a hold. The Zack's analysts usually aren't the same set (FC or I/B/E/S are most often "the street" - never Zack's), but they show 9 with a #1, two with a #2 and one with a hold, and indicate that someone downgraded last week. Any clues who and why?
