Jim,

MDMD:

As for July, I don't know what happened

Curious to see what caused the +70% drop from June 30th to July 1st. Couldn't find the actual company press release, but seems they warned about earnings and revenue. This message from the Yahoo thread on July 1st talks about it. Sorry it is so negative because the company does look promising to me also:

Yes I am negative on MDMD. Here is an excerpt from the press release:"results are expected to be in the range of breakeven to earnings of $0.02 per share; HOWEVER NO ASSURANCE CAN BE GIVEN AS TO ACTUAL RESULTS." The CEO stated the following," While we are disappointed with the current results, we believe the actions we have taken will have a meaningful impact. HOWEVER, THE SOFTNESS IN THESE PARTICULAR AREAS IS EXPECTED TO CARRY OVER INTO THE SECOND HALF OF THE YEAR."In my opinion, the results could be lower than they are intimating. Secondly, even the CEO sounds rather negative about future prospects.Lastly, why would MDMD complete a secondary and then also create a $25 million line of credit? It seems that they are preparing to go on a buying spree. Is the company going to throw "good money after bad?" Are you individual investors going to do the same?
