You're right in the sense that it is impossible to know when it is wise to increase a position..in any stock. I didn't intend to insinuate I would be buying at any particular price. My comfort level with ONSL as a company is good, however, I haven't felt steady about the overall market in months. Chances are I will be averaging down and buying small positions if/when dips occur.

IMHO, ONSL has some good things going for it which should boost it once sanity returns to the market. Their "Business to Business" and the Japanese market should add more credibility to their side of the ledger.

Now days..most every stock is a crap shoot.
