Hope everyone has a great weekend, going to watch some football and cook out....but let me say this with all seriousness, MDIN needs to come out with a PR next week on something, week after week we wait, I know that legal situations don't have anything close to a time table, but I'm looking for the news like everyone else that we are drilling.....I am waiting till the end of January...and the way this company waits week after week without any "real" news that will be here before I know it......

In the last week, have you or anyone else here for that matter talked with management of either company pertaining to the legal disputes at hand? Any word as to the timing of the ruling and or the verdict of such?

It appears that the net is very hush-hush at this time in regards to these issues...
