Brady, 20 lashes with a wet lizard's tail, if you did not add the 8-k to the "fact" thread!!! Thanks, though. Funny that NASDQ is coming down on issuance of preferred to Zulu-tek to consummate ESVS's conditional take over of Zulu, when in my opinion ESVS absconded with Zulu's goodies and the shareholders of ESVS should be grinning from ear to ear. The Zulu shareholders need more protection on its (i) preserving assets, (ii) improving business combination ratio, and (iii) post-ESVS life if deal falls apart, than ESVS and its management team need.
