Yes it is a nice post. Unfortunately, it will not be understood by 2 who would benefit from it. In any case the damage they have done has already been inflicted. This, for them, would be their hardest obstacle to overcome, gaining everyones trust. You make your bed, lie in it.

Donald it is hard to take you seriously. You make all of these doe eyed statements about being sincere, but then you never discuss the issues other than to pursue your hard to discern personal agenda of being a big cheery family building up the company so as to promote shareholder value. Then when that doesn't happen you pull in your daubers and act all personally offended and throw up your hands and declare to the sky that you have tried. Well how about discussing the issues. How about stopping your little feigned emotional injuries and getting on with doing some DD other than just calling the company. In case you haven't figured it out - I ain't playing that game. I will continue to be mean and abusive to ill considered hype. If you can't separate my comments about your ideas from personal attacks, I can't help you. Just go off and pout. Only time will tell whether my actions are damaging to others. Your saying it doesn't make it so. Your calling me names doesn't make it so either. You are definitely 0 for 3 there. You should think a little harder about just what it was He said.

donald, That was a great post, I couldn't have said it better. You are a better man than me, I just can't find the patience in me to deal with people who are totally insensitive to the feelings of other people. You mentioned the word "bully", when I first starting reading their garbage that was one of the first things that came to mind. These people are just a waste of our time. When you respond to them you add to the waste of time. Their agenda is self serving and any dialog with them enhances their position. I don't think it takes a rocket scientist to see that we are invested in young aggressive company that is doing exactly what it says it's going to do. Good luck to all and have a great weekend!

Donald, good post, and from the heart. Unfortunately, you are dealing with people who have their own agenda. If you try to save a snake from freezing to death he will still bite you when he warms up. It was a valiant effort, and successful because now you have proof of their personalities, you have demonstrated yours, and you didn't loose any money. You have tried to "reach out" to the unreachable. Many of us, who have seen how they operate for many months, would also like to "reach out and touch someone," only with a brick. donald you make very good post but i can tell you that you are needed by these penny stock bashers like jhild . you are right imo he is very calculated with what he does. he does same thing on other stock i am long in. now shareholders communicate using email instead of si thread because we are just used by penny stock bashers. not only is our investment target of there attack but shareholders themselfs must be ridiculed in attempt to reduce them in effort to manipulate stock price. much has been learned about dtc. dtc appears to be loan inventorys of stock to be used to back short positions. ex brokers are giving states evidence about this. one mm in particular is under much scrutiny about this. focus is on particular trader(s) from this firm & there relationship with si posters. it is also part of reason dtc holds hostage of 4.48 million stolen aznt shares. this stock is not registered to dtc but to jboxford. aznt won restraining order & injunction to get this stolen stock returned to court but dtc will not release it. now aznt moves to extend restraining order & injunction to dtc to return stolen stock to the court. of course penny stock bashers including copyrighted jhild infest aznt thread. we simply give them thread because it is important for them to destroy shareholders in process of destroying investment. we communicate underground without this garbage. i am long in 3 bb stocks. 1 is prwt. i nibble-buy prwt. 15k here & 30k there. relationship with exexcutive & rationale for reverse merger into prwt is very important to look at. i do not think of bb stocks as investment stocks. in case of prwt i do. i accumulate & wait as plan unfolds. i go to btim thread & discover they to have gone to yahoo to escape si's bashers. it is sad what si has become imo but it only is indictative of bb market in general. spider

In my opinion it doesn't matter what Rosario, jhild or anyone else says about the company on these threads. Yes we do have baby spikes up and down because of the hype and bash lemming effect, but the day to day price fluctuations should not matter if you are invested in the future aspects of Pan American BanCorp. PRWT has not been public that long. I can't believe some people are demanding numbers already. Be happy with the web site updates, press releases and info we do have. If you need more info, call Mary at investor relations. If you don't feel comfortable buying at 2 cents, wait till all the pieces are in place and buy at a higher level. Lower seems almost impossible. If you find some new info that has not been posted yet, post it if you feel inclined, and give your opinion. That's ok. Anyone smart enough won't buy or sell on your opinion anyway, but if it makes you feel good - post it. I feel that 99 is going to be a GREAT year for Pan American BanCorp from the info I have. So I placed my bet. GO PRWT! Scottey
