Put this all in perspective. Why bash a stock at two cents? That's very simple. He wants to to get the stock down to .005 - .01 before any possible January financial news. He has already said he plans on buying more at .005. PRWT could be in a weak postion right now since the two PRs did nothing and substantial news is at least a month away. Bash the hell out of it now and then try to buy low at year end or early January. It is not too hard to figure out. Questions like 'why are you doing this?' are not necessary. vb
