Mike:

How could I guess there were 30 plus "Collaborators" who attack this fragile company day and night spreading rumors and fears so that you could manipulate the stock price.

Let me explain this so you can understand....you are gullible if you believe it when someone tells you that our group is somehow involved in a short selling conspiracy against QGLY. To say or imply that anything along those lines has taken place is utter nonsense.

There is nothing unethical about short selling. Another FYI...short selling is NOT against the law. At least not in this country. The shorts have not caused QGLY's sales to drop off a cliff. The stock is down because CE isn't selling. If you need someone to blame, blame QGLY's management or blame El Nino. You might even consider taking personal responsibility for your own investment decisions.

Mike -

At one point I was watching the mailing list for the SEC Search "club" that you are so vehemently attacking. You fear is unwarranted, the club is simply an information sharing email list to help lighten the burden of reviewing SEC filings (see the web pages) and does not coordinate attacks against stocks (unless the nature of the club has changed recently). Unless QGLY was a stock that was recently making SEC filings to sell stock (again, see the website), it's unlikely that any shorts were targeting it for that reason. You would be better off following Roger's short list to determine if the shorts are targeting your stock. As far as I know Drakes and John G are not the same person. John G. is a respected SI poster and is good (in my opinion) at finding value stocks and overvalued shorts.

If a lot of investors short your stock and they are wrong, unless you are investing on margin this could be good for you as you can buy the stock more cheaply and when you are right and they eventually have to cover as the company makes money, they will help you sell out a higher price. They are not necessarily some evil enemy, although I will definitely agree with you that stocks are often manipulated (from both the long and the short side).

Anyway, hope that enlightens you, I don't have an opinion or a position in QGLY. I am not a member of the club nor do I have any aliases handles.
