I think that Index is due to start this week. I cannot trade something like that myself, I am almost purely a spoo trader.

Whatever works, you know?

The index may have value as a forecasting tool for the S&P but only time and close observation will tell. I find, rather believe, the spoo is moved more by large baskets of large cap components in the SPX. So at this point it's a reach for me to think the Internet Index will do anything (for me) in terms of trading.

Neural networks are interconnecting systems set up to function like the neuron patterns of the human brain, learning by a process of trial and error. When applied to the world of finance, neural networks are automated trading systems, based on mapping inputs and outputs for forecasting probable future values.
