BlueFox, next year the OTC BB will have reporting requirements, and also a $1 minimum.

At that point, I expect to see ESVS *and* ZULU both on the pink sheets.

I don't think that the merger will go through, as I don't believe that it is legal, and don't think they will get the necessary shareholder approvals.

I also have my doubts as to whether the companies had ever intended the merger to go through.
