What DD is referring to was the PP. The details haven't been disclosed as far as I know. They had a PP for $2.5MM recently. What he's saying ( I think ) is that the people who bought the PP ( I forget who it was ) might try to force down the price of TSIG so that they will get a s%^t load of TSIG shares for their money e.g. if TSIG is at 10 cents when they convert, they will get 25MM shares which would cause a considerable dilution for TSIG stockholders.
Before y'all jump all over me, I am not saying that any of this will actually happen, but it is what DD has brought to our attention.
Note: I am long TSIG again since two days ago.

The Street,

Your best be is to ask tsig management if they are willing to share such info with shareholders at the present time. It wouldn't surprise me as this is sometimes the only venue for cash strapped start-up co's. How the debenture is agreed upon between the borrowing co and the lending, I guess they call it the investing co, is where the crux of the matter is. I hope RG did the best for tsig and all of us, shareholders. peace and good luck.
