Daniel,

All I can tell you is that your isp is not a Tier 1 provider and therefore you are probably going to get packet losses the same way I did on MSN, also a UUNET outlet. The point Ross at MBT emphasized to me was that I had to get on a Tier 1 provider to improve my performance. He was right. I only need the high performance during the trading day, so 150 hrs is enough. I have backup isp for after hours.
