This maybe a moot point by now but if Mark Pierce has assets from the sale of this "shell" why couldn't a class action law suit be filed for some of it. Heck, we might all get lucky and get a penny a piece. Does anyone know how much he got for the shell and in what form. Was it stock or stock options or cash or a combination of each? If one takes the time to read the SEC filings they will discover as I did that the "shell" game is Mark Pierce's forte. He makes money but the shareholders of the past have not faired all that well. Wonder if there are innocent victims standing in the shadows of this deal? The losses that were suffered by many shareholders of MIDL awesome. I trust no one else lost money in the FMFD deal. Dusty

Litigation: No material legal proceedings to which the Company (or any officer or director of the Company, or any affiliate or owner of record or beneficially of more than five percent of the Common Stock, to management's knowledge) is a party or to which the property of the Company is subject is pending and no such material proceeding is known by management of the Company to be contemplated."
