Binder... I found that part to be the most interesting of all! A couple of us were alerted to the fact that this company was about to spring forth. I honestly was waiting to see who would begin the touting of this company... Well so much for that! I hope that no one get's hurt like in MIDL or any number of other companies that Mark and crew have brought forth. I have forwarded that very question to the SEC.... My guess is that ONLY if we are vigilant in our DD will we come close to a level playing field with these less than moral people. I also doubt very much if we will hear from the SEC directly, But non the less I will stay tuned to the Sec pages to keep current of this cast of Rougue characters. I would hope that ALL HONEST folks will do the same and keep all members of the "Midland Screwed Us Royally" Fan Club informed! Now there are some of us who feel Mark is the exception to the rule... AND that he is working hard to sort all this out, and they may be correct....AND I sure am waitng for that to happen! As always this is just my opinion and I could be wrong.. But you lay down with the dogs and chances are you going to get fleas! I think Mark scratches alot! Happy Holidays and May all have a good year Jeff
