Dear Liveor, Back to calling in Certs if I may. For anyone that is having trouble getting them I suggest seriously considering moving that account post having them arrive ( or at least mention you will). The request of a Cert is not a complex issue it is a normal business action, as far as waiting a given time period to call back and ask where they are, phooweee, call them everyday. Let them get flustered so what. These are your shares which YOU are entitled to, a charade of whoops does not cut it, there is nothing wrong with asking for ohh lets say the next ten commisions free of charge, or quote bank ( if apllicable ) being added to etc. In otherwords ok you made a mistake, so give me something to say your sorry.
