DP,
I have had quite a few people call and E-mail me concerning this. What I am finding is the requests for 30,000 shares and below seem to be taking no more than 3-4 weeks. The requests for 75,000 shares and above don't seem to be moving at the same pace. I believe the firms who are short the most seem to be taking care of as many people as possible with the least amount of shares. From going over the position report of a week ago Friday it is quite obvious we have put a lot of pressure on somebody. Because the short position was, and probably still is, so large the brokers are issuing shares at a pace that will keep us from filing any kind of complaints. They all know they should have requested delivery of our shares within a maximum of 30 days after they were purchased. They are walking a real thin line in that they are trying to keep their market makers happy as well as their customers who are waiting on the certificates. What we must do is continue calling as you suggested. Another thing to keep in mind is the longer they take to deliver the certs, the more they receive in monthly income from the market makers. Normally cert call programs don't work. I know for a fact ours is working. One week after we started it, Joe Murphy received a call from one market maker wanting to know what was going on and If Joe knew of any larger shareholders who wanted to sell. He received a call from the one clearing firm that was short 950,000 shares asking the same questions. He has since received a call from two Canadians looking for paper. Believe me, it is not a coincidence that our price is up 400% since many of us banded together in October to take back control of our investment and in some cases our entire future. I urge everyone to keep calling your broker until you have your cert. For those who decided early on for one reason or another not to help us out, I only hope you will reconsider and at least put some of your shares into certificate form.

Best Regards
