The nonmarginability AND difficult borrowing thanks to it only may exacerbate the price fluctuations depending on market breadth. I can feel comfortable with this view and supports my volatility opinion on stocks missing an options listing...

To which extent, do you think, have people invested in internuts? I doubt that the full margin was used up - on average. Only the marginal investors - thos ones with the highest risk appetite are forced to scale back now.

The bull is alive and a - better than expected showup of recent internet IPOs along with other stock flying and a strong YHOO performance - as predicted, supported my view that only trading shorts in real overheated situations are good shorts.

Has TCTV popped up on your short list this weekend? OTOH LU broke Friday - looking at the DEC100c for Monday.

Roger et al,

Does anyone know the rules governing insider sales and press announcements? I know insiders can't sell w/in 30days of earnings, but am curious about selling and pr releases. How about an announcement regarding a forthcoming IPO?

Thanks.
