Dick- you have used them for years you say- is this a recent problem. Have you emailed them. If so have they responded. I have always had good service but I have to admit I usually call. Theresa and Janene are always friendly and helpful. Gary is fabulous. So my experience is a bit better. i don't doubt you. I am sure they are generally behind on email correspondence. When something doesn't work by email- I usually pick up the phone and complain about it to brokers- vendors etc. JM2C

I solve 99% of problems with my broker, and other software vendors that way..

HOw many emails does it take to solve one problem that requires questions to be answered as you do various things with your computer?

I have a friend who requires help but he is deaf! All help given must be written out. He writes his problem, I respond. At the start it was very difficult to solve problems as we didn't Know each other. As we grew to know each other it became easier.

You can't compare Apples to Oranges, As the use of Email to accomplish a productive method of solving problems computers and software can generate to brokers is just that.
