This problem is cut and dry. The MS data is ok before a download then corrupted after a download and the MS update program has done its thing. I've offered to download my MS fund directory so they can look at it .. no answer ( several no answers).. I just have to keep recreating the fund directory..not a show stopper.I can figure out when an email should be sufficent. I'm all grown up.. I also said other software vendors..For you I should have left out brokers I guess.. I worked very well with Equis and Windows on Wall Street
via email..Hey if it isn't the way THEY want to go with it let them tell me to call. They are the ones that will have to fix it anyway..
If they care about it..I assume mutual fund users are a small number.
