All, I don't know why all the concerns over Dick's comments that Gary doesn't often respond to problem report emails. The truth is he doesn't and every time I bring it up he says he will try to improve. I sent him a list with 3000 data errors in it 3 times and not once did anyone indicate whether it would get fixed. I even diretly asked when he replied on other emails, and still no answer. Magically enough the problem did get fixed but I never received not one acknolegement that the problem existed, was real and not user error etc. That is a problem and I find in lacking in professionalism. Hopefully gary will start responding to emails more frequently. Unfortunately his staff doesn't seem to have the technical ability to handle many of the problems which then requires more of his involvement. Working in a small company is frought with its own unqiue challenges. Many small companies just don't have the resources to do everything they would like yet still make money, so somethings must be sacrificed. Most people don't seem to understand that because they work in large corporations and can talk about ideally how things can be done and haven't been forced to make the hard decisions that most small business owners have to make everyday. I applaud Gary for his work here and will continue to use and support his product. There is always room to improve though.... Sean
