At least I know I am not alone<G>.
Some are suggesting that email isn't the way to fix things..
All I want for starters is a response, period...never mind how we eventually get it fixed..if ever..Telling me that this specific problem will never be fixed would make me happier than the perennial bit bucket. I also wonder if I'm the only one with this problem and that it may be my environment.
Shoot the messenger mentality .
