Excellent points, JHILD. What is a bigger joke is that JOHNNY and MARY still have not corrected Pan Americans website news dated 11/23/98. Here it is 12/07/98, and when potential investors see that JOHNNY is flying to BELIZE on November 16, 1998 to over see the model homes, that again will be up sooooooooon, (WHO KNOWS WHAT THAT MEANS) and its Dated 11/23/98, the potential investor laughs and moves on. Then of course they will see JDCPA post that Insider Trading announced that it added three more states which also turns out to be bogus and it was another reported management mistake. Who knows what other mistakes are out there that we will uncover soon! JOHNNY, must communicate immediately with the investors if not we will see sub one penny by years end!! MAYBE THAT'S THERE GAME PLAN. There is no way this company is worth 12 million dollars. Maybe one million and that is pure speculation!! I smell a Chapter 11 early next year unless JOHNNY starts making some verifiable progress. 16 terminals and 2 model homes floating in the gulf some-place just doesnt cut it sports fans!!! THOUGHTS

I plan on being here for a while, I don't plan on selling anytime soon, you see I have a little more of an advantage then most because I am local and know people that know people that can see what is going on, I am willing to give PRWT a chance to make amends for their past errors where you and ROSARIO continue to BASH PRWT you for some unfound reason and ROSARIO to bring the price down so he can get more for his money, I don't really have time to tell you two in detail about yourselves because I am to busy trying to make more money to BUY MORE PRWT Good Night

The only way to get there is for the company to perform. Rosario isn't keeping them from that task. They are doing that on their own. Jhild, that is a very logical post,but all the investors are looking for, is for you and Rosario to give them a chance. In my opinion what they have done, in the small amount of time they have done it in, is very amazing. Deals take time. I can see your concern in the company, but I feel that most of the investors know that PRWT is no where near being a 100% safe investment, POINT AT HAND "WE ALL KNOW THIS" we just don't need to be reminded every single day 5 and 6 times a day. When you and Rosario, post the same concerns over and over again, it makes one wonder, why. If you and rosario don't own any shares, WHY bash it? You both have stated that your not here for a popularity contest. So one would think that your bashing of the stock is for personal FINANCIAL gain, with out consideration to others. If this is a true assumption, then you both deserve all the FLACK you get!!! >>>ISSME<<<
