June - You Don't Get It! Listen: They hired an attorney. The attorney practices law. He has studied many years and has become knowledgable. He has taken a particular liking to learning information about the SEC. He, therefore, has become very accomplished in his understanding of their rules and regulations. Digitcom finds it useful and beneficial to pay him for this expertise. He probably didn't even need to fly........... P.S.
