JT, I think this Insidertrading deal is the only thing viable that PRWT has going right now, and that might be enough. Is their an "InsiderTrading" website, it doesn't come up under Insidertrading.com? How can I find out more about it, outside of the Panamerican website??

My point is that there is no way to tell if they are serious or not just because they are dropping a couple of thousand, if that, into airing some local channel commercials. Maybe it helped your friend's situation, but this is not the issue with PRWT. Just look at the Insider Trading commercials that are no longer running (that I can see) here at SI. Beginning is easy. It's making the profit over the long haul that is the trick.

Your number example is somewhat flawed because if you take your $13M and divide it back by the 50 investors that you are talking about, then you come to $260K in trading fees a year. Believe me anyone in this league isn't going to be going someplace to be doing some trading. At least, I sure wouldn't. I would expect to have a trader from the company at my house for those kinds of commissions. Not to mention a few other perks as well. Sports tickets, theater tickets, travel junkets, etc.

And of course keep in mind that the transactions are made through Gold Country Securities and cleared through Penson Financial, and there are the software and data licenses to pay for the clients. I think the business model is a little dicey, and they are not doing enough to reach critical mass to achieve their goals of profitability. With no financials on this as yet there is no clear view of the revenue and expense structure.
