Dear Crossy - in a way, you have a point. To to sure, I am not saying AAN has done anything wrong - at least not legally. So maybe you are right. However, the disclosure standard is quite different. For a shareholder, one cannot pull up a 10Q or such equivalence to figure out what a euro company has or has not done. Mind you, I am still holding MADGF, which is a Netherlands incorporated co!

Ultimately, I guess I am not as a consummated investor [you know, being unemotional] like others here, I do take the behaviour of the mgt into considerations. Maybe that is why I am stubborn enough never to own any MSFT personally [well, I could be accused of owning it by proxy since a couple of my mutuals do hold MSFT]
