Lucky,

I would like to think that there is more news that hasn't been released. Ik now this will allow us fulfill previous obligations (complete TWC traffic), but without any new revenues attached to the deal, I can't see how this is the biggest news in company history.

Of course, no one DID ask you, but you will throw out whatever caca you can, knowing that it takes very little forethought nor genuine knowledge, and that you won't be held accountable for your intellectual dishonesty.

Perhaps, since you do speak English, you can appreciate a colloquialism from another former British colony, when we invite you to go bugger yourself. ggg.

Lucky, Per your post: "Looks like the market doesn't like the deal.If the debt is uncollectible then DCTC just
handed over 16 mil to do business with IXC.Bordering on bribery if you ask me. "

Since you have already told us that you don't really follow DCI except from a technical standpoint, your comments carry no weight. If you had researched DCI, you would realize that it is not uncommon for shareholders to not realize the full value of moves made by the company until the details are released/explained. The real purpose of your note is transparent.

James
