Sid: Apparently the law firm performing the rectal examination on the ass___les involved in shorting Solv-Ex believe that we longs were right to cry foul awhile back. In fact, they are performing this service on a contingent basis.

Excerpt from the news story:
_________________________________________
The allegations involve industrial espionage, damning internal e-mails, and manipulation of not just Internet chat groups but some of the world's most prestigious media organizations. The suit, which charges conspiracy, fraud, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment, seeks "massive" actual and punitive damages and costs.

When Solv-Ex is finished with them I'll be lining up with fellow shareholders to teach the ass__les the true meaning of PUNITIVE DAMAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seeya,

David

Turtlman;

Before you shoot yourself in the foot, you should find out about
Yetter & Warden. Who do you think is footing the bill for the lawsuit?
