Apparently ADSL users may face similar problems. I hear that some ISPs are setting themselves up using ADSL in a bridge configuration rather than routed.

As far as Sesame Ad and the "Big Demo By the Seaside" we heard about, non-technical blue-blood types could probably be fooled with some good little AVI or animated GIF files.

While @Home initially promoted video heavily, they are now backing-off due to bandwidth concerns.

They seem to be running into trouble (at least in this neck of the woods) with server-loading and routing as well.
