So first of all you want proof of their hiding something, then start with the financials. They are surely hiding those now aren't they? But without seeing what they will have to say if they ever actually file these statements, it is difficult to comment about what misrepresentations may be there now isn't it? Though a comparison of what they say and what they have said in the past will certainly be interesting. The rather incredulous delay that they are taking in filing, is not an encouraging sign, though it seems to buoy your spirits that they say they are trying. The fact is they are hiding out on filing financials. There can be no argument on that. At the beginning of July they said mid August. Now it's just sometime next year.
