We are assuming that the market price of DCI has any correlation with reality. It doesn't. If we had an efficient market, then we would not see such volatility. When a company doubles, or drops 50%, did something major happen to its Balance sheet? NO When the yen goes from 150 to 80, then back to 130, have the assets of those countries been halved? NO.

I have stated in the past that a listing elsewhere will have a more profound effect on the price than the great news announced this morning. We will base lower, and then begin another move back up.

Considering:
Lowered costs for existing contracts thorough this news
A large short still open
A CUSIP change leading to the elimination of the short
Profitable quarter coming

Great news, YES. But only overwhelming news could have prevented this mornings drop, IMO. As predictable as was this morning drop, it will likewise rise with upcoming profitability/short covering/NAZ or AMEX listing.

Joe,
Our stock reacts to news the way our shorts want it to react and pretty much no way else. So far NAIB and FAHN have made appearences at lower and lower levels to stop any rallys that we see. If they can succeed in making the news look bad by showing a falling price then they achieve their goal for the day. But I would say that the risk they are taking is a big one as all it would take to break them is a LOI from someone to buy DCI. We are also seeing the inevitable selloff of buy on rumor and sell on news syndrome. Couple these pieces together and we get the drop in price that we are seeing.

Does that mean that there are no buyers out there? Not in any way shape or form. There is plenty of buying happening but the apperance must be made to show weakness and not strength. I personnally know of at least 10k that has been purchesed at varying price levels today from people who believe in DCI and were just waiting to see if they would get a chance to get more at lower levels. This may take a day or two to shake out and then I expect to see DCI move to higher levels once again.

LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!!

Bruce
