very true. look at UIS. also NOVL. Either an acquisition or new management could really make a difference.

We've been waiting nearly a year for the DEC acquisition to show results on CS's top line, and nothing's happened. I don't think anything is going to happen now. There was talk at the time that the DEC networking unit had missed the curve and it looks like that was true. The only positive (maybe CS even knew this then) is the CPQ purchase committment, which, unfortunately, also has yet to show the hoped-for results.
