I didn't say that my model would determine the price.

Does P/E determine price? Does price/sales determine price?

Still, they are useful data for determining the sanity or insanity of a stock price (for most stocks).

They happen to not work well for Internet stocks, but that doesn't mean that other indexes may not work.
