After looking everything over I asked the question no one seems to be able to answer - WHY is this stock selling at only .09 cents? Some 200 mil of stock - more that some very large companies - and an ongoing "we are going to report our numbers", but never does, seems to be the answer. IMO, until this company starts acting like a "real" company - i.e. putting out it's AUDITED financial numbers and reduces it's stock outstanding it isn't going to go very far - and that's a shame. jb
