This is another reason why I think something is going on at FGI...The last time FGI was at 13.25 was on 10/21/98 and the OSX closed at 62.45.....Today FGI is at 13.25 and the OSX only at 52.27....Mgt says they already bought back 870,000 shares on the market and still more to buyback....due the recent increase buyback program...The company either has the cash to burn or they think their stock is worth a lot more...or...some other reason...

Slider,

Would you buy RON here. I usually stick to RIG, DO, MRL, ESV and FGI. Is RON like a driller (i.e. does work when new wells are drilled)? Or do they have a steady business?
