The reason I was interested in beyond five years was that I'm still trying to put a value on whatever it is we "bought" with our shares.
And, the inner recesses of my mind are asking me to put some sort of "usable life" on what we bought, sort of like depreciable life. If we buy a tangible asset, some useful life has to be attributed to it. So, I guess in this case the maximum life is probably 5 years??
These thoughts are NOT intended to be related GAAP in any way.gg

Hello CC,

I think you may be on target with IXC being interested in owning more than their curent % in DCI. You are also correct in stating that 5 years is an eternity in the teleco business and I doubt seriously if DCI is around then other than as an entity of another company.

I have been waiting for months now to hear about collocation agreements in Europe as it gives us a HUGE leg up in networking it to sell it......
