No, nothing unusual and nothing has been changed recently. I just went through the entire browser setup; not a thing out of whack.

Perhaps once I power down and come back it will work itself out.

I learned the hard way some time back that if you're going to use a web accelerator program here, you definitely don't want it to do "vigorous caching", "pre-fetch all" or anything else that sounds like it might get all of your links.

I tried one about a year or so ago and it dutifully hit every single link that was available, including the ones to remove bookmarks and peoplemarks, with predictable results.
