Everybody:switch brokers.You get what you pay for.Pay a real broker a little more like 60,70,80 dollars per trade instead of 20,30 bux but save thousands on instant executions.If i ever had to wait 5 mins on the phone or had the web broker crash I would never let that co. handle my money again.The answer to your problems is you and when are you going to make the change.Its an easy decision but you have to act on it or your gonna continue getting raped.The ball is in your court.
