Peacelover, I agree entirely with what you are saying. Will be interested to see what Dixie and REW have to say about this.

Once again, you are correct. The customer should be treated like a prince. If TSIG has lost you as a customer because of poor service, it is a black mark against them and their shareholders.

Hopefully the powers that be will see that they call you, beg your forgiveness and get their customer service problems straightened out.

Otherwise I fear they will not only lose a customer but a shareholder or two as well.

perhaps some of us should call the company to see what they would tell us if we wanted to order 20 cards. Maybe peace ran into someone who got out of bed on the wrong side or maybe peacelover has turned short on us and is trying to bring down the stock price :-)) Jeff

I just called CCI (12am est) and talked with one of the sales people. I asked can I order 20 cards. He said yes you can. I said can I order 20 cards NOW. He said yes I can take your order or you can place the order at the web site. Jeff
