Rand, gee, I may have to agree with you. <VBG> However, this press release may have been a more subtle method to advise the market that they made a change in plans. The other partners were supposed to do the tests, now CHIP has it in their laps. The positive here IMO is that if CHIP didn't see promise they would have just dropped the project on the change and blame the partners in some way. There must be gold for them to continue. These speculative stockies must be turned on their ear sometimes to really understand what's going on, but that's the fun in them.
